The Irish Duck is known as the "Wagyu of Duck" and "Best Duck In The World" from Ireland's Silver Hill Farm. This special breed of duck, paired with our trademark secret curing process, results in a duck which is perfectly succulent, juicy and with skin so crispy and light, it melts in your mouth.

Terms and Conditions:

• You are purchasing a Whole Duck
• Please indicate if you would like your order whole or chopped. If not indicated, the meat will be chopped and packed for convenience.
• All purchases will be paid in full and collection will be on the designated collection day.
• No change of date or refunds will be made for all purchases.
• The last day for orders is on 25 January 2017.
• Collections must be made at selected locations only. 
• Collections must be made at either 11.30am, 1.30pm or 2.30pm only.
• There will be no collections after the designated time (Last collection: 2.30pm on 27th Jan/ 2.30pm on 3rd Feb). All uncollected goods will be forfeited for quality assurance.
